Man, endowed by his creator with unalienable Rights, not the least of which is his Right to Conscience (#4), issues autographed (hand written) Declarations to Courts by way of “Notices and Demands”.
The courts, when “noticed to do so” (#38), are to treat those Declarations as “fact” unless rebutted, point for point, thereby saving man(kind) much valuable time so that he may resume the quiet enjoyment of his/her pursuits at whatever velocity may bring man the greatest Peace; to do otherwise is to unnecessarily disturb a man’s Peace for ‘unjust enrichment‘ (illegal), which in 1776, led ‘The People’ to revolution as a matter of Right (#10).
To ignore these Rights of man is to undermine the Public Trust, which can be said to be the trust ‘The People’ have in the thing they created to handle the details, that they may be free to pursue a life of greater happiness.

FYI – All man is created equal and all Bills of Rights are Declaratory in nature, thus, any Right enumerated in any said “Bills” are Rights of every man wherever he may sojourn.

What one calls it matters not, as long as the writer gives his/her information at the beginning thus claiming the body below to be true and correct to the best of one’s ability and autographs it with witnesses and his/her own right red thumb print as their God given seal. Form of Affidavit or Declaration, or what ever.
