Stripped of their Citizenship was any Politician retaining any gift from any foreign power such as a publicly held company controlled by foreign investors. Such was the Campaign reform instituted by the Titles of Nobility Amendment ratified on December 10th, 1812 which became the Original 13th Amendment.
Here is the Language of the real (1812 Original) 13th Amendment
“If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain, any title of nobility or honour, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”
The following Google Book links are to the Original 13th Amendment as Ratified on December 9th, 1812.
It was published for 65 years in various State and Federal publications before the Elite were able to strip it from History – the first 2 links are to books that were published by congressional order of the United States of America.

As Seen at FINDLAW below, the 21st Amendment repealed the 18th Amendment on Prohibition . . yet both are still in the Law books.
However, the Original/Missing 13th Amendment was NEVER repealed, it simply went missing after over 60 years of publications in State Constitutions with No Explanation why.
Here it is in it’s proper place in The Compiled Laws of Wyoming – 1868 as found in Google Books
