In Episode #472 – The Highway Safety Act, Rod Class separates the Code of Driving from the Right to Travel. This is the best dissection of the Highway Safety Act that I’ve ever heard . . I found this in my archives from 2011 and wanted to make it available to all as this recording is no longer available at it’s original location.
In combination with Peter Blau‘s recordings on the subject of Liberty, nothing else has helped me as much to understand the “Fear v. Faith” factor of Freedom, Liberty and the Right to Locomotion.

There are many remedies – it is important that you go with one that resonates with you! Many of us in this group instinctively felt something was wrong – my mum would often tell me “this is just the way it is, jack”! Well I have a hard time understanding that or that this problem is so old –
The Fraud of “LICENSE” (Licentiousness, as in the Bible, means License)
One of the biggest “devices” of the confiscation and asset forfeiture plague and the State stampede of “licensing” is the use of “personification” to confiscate property. Personification turns an “object” into a “person” and that things or objects possess the free will and capacity to commit crimes (penal offenses). It is an idea deeply rooted in the practice of witchcraft, the occult, and devil worship. Objects are supposed to get that kind of power from the devil, or a curse.
A “license” issued by a fiction (corporation, government entity, etc.) is a permit rendered to another fiction (fictional legal entity) to do what would be otherwise against natural law. The “lie sense” is a permit for you to lie to your senses; allow a fiction to rule over truth.

REMEMBER: The “legal” definition of “license” is a “permit to do something that would otherwise be illegal.” Remember also, that “legalese” only gives enough information to place the inquirer off-balance and believe the intended meaning of the person defining the word, quite often to the “believers’” injury.

“Leasing” is just another word for “licensing.”
Licensing, or licentiousness, is the factor that has placed us back into bondage.

What does the Power Elite call UNITED STATES? New Egypt! And it is a fiction – you shall see it no more again. And you have been brought into slavery by way of artificial vessels (ships) called a strawman. Point 1 – Abraham paid tithes to Melchizedek.
Ge 14:18 Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was priest of God Most High. 19 He blessed him, and said, “Blessed be Abram of God Most High, possessor of heaven and earth: 20 and blessed be God Most High, who has delivered your enemies into your hand.” Abram gave him a tenth of all.
Point 2 – Melchizedek was more than “just a man.” He was an eternal “Being.”
Heb 7:1 For this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of God Most High, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings and blessed him, 2 to whom also Abraham divided a tenth part of all (being first, by interpretation, King of righteousness, and then also King of Salem, which is King of peace; 3 without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like the Son of God), remains a priest continually.
Point 3 – The “earthly” priesthood was established through the Levites.
Nu 18:19 All the heave-offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer to Yahweh, have I given you, and your sons and your daughters with you, as a portion forever: it is a covenant of salt forever before Yahweh to you and to your seed with you.
Nu 18:21 To the children of Levi, behold, I have given all the tithe in Israel for an inheritance, in return for their service which they serve, even the service of the tent of meeting.
Nu 18:26 Moreover you shall speak to the Levites, and tell them, When you take of the children of Israel the tithe which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then you shall offer up a heave-offering of it for Yahweh, a tithe of the tithe.

Point 4 – A change was made in the Law. (I repeat a portion from above)
Heb 7:12 For the priesthood being changed, there is of necessity a change made also of the law.
Point 5 – Clearly a change was made in both the Law and the Priesthood.
Point 6 – The “tithes” are not to go to the “earlier” priesthood.
Jer 23:1 Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture!
Eze 34:2 Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and tell them, even to the shepherds, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Shouldn’t the shepherds feed the sheep?
Jer 23:9 Concerning the prophets. Point 7 – The tithes are still to be given, but to the needy, not the greedy.
Commentary: Yes, the tithes are still to be given from your increase. However, I have not seen one endorsement of the fictitious, fabled, legal entity Synagogue of Satan called a 501(c)(3) “church,” registered with the Trust Number 62 in Puerto Rico (that most call the I.R.S.), in the Holy Writ.
Your “church” is a viper’s den. They didn’t tell the complete Truth in the past, they won’t tell it now. How many times has your “shepherd” told you that it is Biblical, and COMMANDED, that every third year you are to use your tithe and take your family on vacation, celebrate, buy strong drink, and party hardy? I am confident that many of you will not like what I print next, so, do as so many of the “pastors” have done and rip it out of your Bible.
De 12:17 Thou mayest not eat within thy gates the tithe of thy corn, or of thy wine, or of thy oil, or the firstlings of thy herds or of thy flock, nor any of thy vows which thou vowest, nor thy freewill offerings, or heave offering of thine hand: 18 But thou must eat them before the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates: and thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God in all that thou puttest thine hands unto.

De 26:12 When you have made an end of tithing all the tithe of your increase in the third year, which is the year of tithing, then you shall give it to the Levite, to the sojourner, to the fatherless, and to the widow, that they may eat within your gates, and be filled.
So, the question remains, who shall receive the tithes? No, you now know the answer; there is more to add to it, though.
